As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention across PropertyGuru’s platforms.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers to understand product features and capabilities and leveraging them in lifecycle campaigns.
  • Planning and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to drive user activation, retention, and loyalty, utilizing marketing automation tools such as Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, or similar.
  • Conducting continuous analysis of campaign performance and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Leading A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Managing and optimizing automated email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, design, content, and analytics teams to align lifecycle marketing strategies with overall business goals and user experience improvements.



We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in a consumer tech or internet company.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong data background and is able to write sql in BigQuery, Looker or similar platform.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Is detail-oriented with excellent project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
